Congratulations to Year 10 student and boarder, Mary Henry, for receiving second place in the Rotary Club of Balwyn Public Speaking Competition on Tuesday evening.

Mary delivered an excellent speech about the use of words and the impact of negative comments.

Both of Mary’s parents were able to come down from Mansfield to attend the event, and she was also acknowledged by her peers and Boarding House staff when she returned home.
